The views from the room were breathtaking, with both the sea and the mountains visible. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was great quality and delicious. the staff was helpful and kind.

Getting to the hotel was difficult as it was located in an isolated area with no proper public transport. The roads leading there were also very narrow and strenuous to navigate.

Great Tatami style rooms, upgraded suite, wonderful design, pleasant indoor and outdoor pools, beautiful seaside location, English speaking staff.

    Nothing, all excellent.

This remote onsen accommodation offers an authentic Japanese experience with traditional rooms, natural outdoor onsens, and stunning views of nearby Mt. Fuji. Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak after a long journey. Although there is limited dining option, the local village offers delicious crab dishes. the hotel has efficient transfer service from the nearest bus stop.

The staff could improve their communication skills to explain the facilities and location better to the guests.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. The hotel facilities were impeccably clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful experience with a fancy and extensive menu.

    Can't think of anything.

the onsen experience was much enjoyed with the hot bath making me sure want to return again. the staff was helpful and communicative, and the food was delicious.

The location may be a bit out of the way, so it's best to have your own transport. There were also limited options for dining nearby, so make sure to plan your meals in advance.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is simply breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The hotel even has its own path down to the shore, which led us to a secluded and peaceful bay. We were also lucky enough to catch glimpses of Mount Fuji from our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with traditional wooden sliding doors that added to the overall charm. The private bathtub was a real treat, and the natural stone and wood elements in the outside bathing area made it even more luxurious.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
